It pays 14 to 1, but the true odds are 17 to 1 with a house percentage of 16.66%..bad bet! HARD WAYS This bet can be made on the 4, 6, 8 and 10. Payoff is 9 to 1 on the 6 or 8 and 7 to 1 on the 4 or 10. The house edge is 9.09% and 11.11%, respectively. Another bad bet. THE FIELD A one-roll bet that pays even money or 2 to 1 on 2 or 12. House edge is 5.55%. ANY CRAPS This is a one-roll bet. If a 2, 3 or 12 hits, you'll get 7 to 1 odds. House edge is 11.11%, which makes this a bad bet. Only take the high risk shots as fun and not part of a system. You should realise that Any uneven bet in craps is normally rounded down so betting the right amount for the payout is recommended

No system can overcome a house edge. You can minimize your losses by playing wisely on games of skill, but systems make no difference to games of pure chance like roulette. Those who use systems in roulette are fooling themselves. Don’t believe otherwise. Expect to lose in the long run – if not right from the start! Dice game, most popular in American gambling houses. Any number may play. Each person in turn may, as the shooter, cast two matched dice in attempting to roll a winning combination. Before his first throw the shooter puts up a stake, and the other players fade it, i.e., bet against the shooter up to the amount of the stake. The shooter must withdraw any part of his stake that is not faded. If he wins, he may continue to shoot and bet again, as much or as little as he wants; or he may give up the dice. If the shooter loses, the other players take away double the amount they faded. The other players also may bet among themselves as to whether the shooter will win or lose in the next series of throws or whether certain numbers or combinations will appear. In some games, such as bank craps , players may bet only against the house.
