A Come Bet is made when the shooter is going to repeat the point number. Click on the Come area and a come bet will be made. If the shooter rolls a 7 or a 11 you win. If you make an odds bet on the come bet you bet that the shooter will repeat the point-number before rolling 7. You get paid 2:1 if you win with the point 4 or 10.
