Odds on a Line Bet.

The inside walls of the table are covered with a serrated egg-carton like foam, designed to make the dice bounce around to assure randomness. Each throw of the dice is called a "roll". Players take turn rolling the dice, clockwise around the table, and the player rolling at any given time is called the "shooter". When a new shooter is given the dice, his or her first roll is called the ""Come Out"" roll. This begins a new series of rolls by that shooter and lasts for as long as that shooter continues to make winning rolls. Button Descriptions Roll: Clicking on the Roll button after placing a bet starts a new round. Repeat: Clicking on the Repeat button will repeat all the bets made on the previous round that can be validly placed now. Clear: Clicking on the Clear button removes all the bets on the table that can be removed. Most bets can be removed, added to, or deducted from at any time. Exceptions would be the pass and come bets, and you cannot exceed the maximum bet on the odds. Table Min/Max: Look here to find the minimum and maximum total of the bets allowed. Bet Regions: When moving the cursor over the bet regions a yellow “tag” will appear that gives the name of the bet, the current amount placed for that bet, and the minimum and maximum amounts that can be placed on that bet. If a green highlight appears in a region, that indicates this bet can be added to (changed) If a red highlight appears, this bet cannot be increased (but sometimes can be removed) Objective of this craps strategy: To win on any number thrown except a Seven. Don't place any bets on the Don't Pass or Pass Line, but wait until a point has been established. Place two units on 5, 6, & 8. Place one unit on the Field. Results: This method is a little riskier than the previous online craps strategies, since your total monetary risk is: $39.00. it is suggested that you remove all bets after three rolls. Should the shooter hold the dice for at least three rolls, you will stand to win anything from $15.00-$27.00(more if the numbers 2 or 12 are rolled) No system can overcome a house edge. You can minimize your losses by playing wisely on games of skill, but systems make no difference to games of pure chance like roulette. Those who use systems in roulette are fooling themselves. Don’t believe otherwise. Expect to lose in the long run – if not right from the start! Remember the basic rule – the more you play the more likely you are to lose. The correct payoff for odds bets varies from point number to point number, depending on the odds of a 7 being rolled before a particular point is repeated. The payoff formula is the same whether you take single odds, double odds, or more. Correct odds payoffs are as follows: Points 4 and 10 pay 2-to-1 Points 5 and 9 pay 3-to-2 Points 6 and 8 pay 6-to-5 As an example, suppose you bet $1.00 on the pass line and establish a point of 4 in a casino that offers double odds. You now have the option of taking the adds for an additional $2.00. (You can wager a lesser amount or choose not to take any odds at all)
Craps is very easy to play. The current player rolls a seven and the game starts. After the current player rolls a seven a new player is given the dice. Before rolling the dice the new player has to make a bet. Players can make either a pass line or don’t pass line bet. Rolling the dice is called a ‘comeout roll’. If the player rolls 7 or 11 he is said to have made a pass. In the case of a pass pass line bets win and don’t pass line bets lose. If the player rolls 2,3,12 it is called “craps”. In the case of craps don’t pass line bets win, pass line bets lose. 12 is not taken for ‘craps’ in Las Vegas and 2 is not taken for ‘craps’ in Tahoe. If a 4,5,6,8,9,10 is rolled on the comeout that number is called a "place" number or a "point". In the case of a ‘point’ the shooter continues to roll until that "point" is rolled again, which is called "making the point". With "making the point" "pass line" bets win and "don't pass" bets lose. If a 7 is rolled it is called "sevening out". If a 7 is rolled before the second point number "pass line" bets lose and "don't pass" bets win. If a player sevens out, his turn is over and the whole process begins again with a new player. In the case of a “point” number players can choose one of the bets. You can make bets on each subsequent roll of the dice until a 7 is rolled. One Roll Bets are made by clicking on the corresponding area of the Betting Layout. There are seven One Roll bets. The payout depends on the kind of the bet. Any Seven pays 4 to 1. Any Craps (2, 3 and 12) pays 7 to 1. Eleven (YO) and 3 pay 15 to 1. Hi-Lo (2 and 12) pays 30 to 1. Horn Bet (2, 3, 11 and 12) pays 7 to 1 (2 or 12) or 3 to 1 (3 or 11). The Buy Bet allows you to bet directly on a point-number without making a Pass Line or Come bet. Buy bets pay correct odds but you 5% will be taken out by the house. A buy bet wins if the number rolls before a 7. To make a Buy Bet you have to click on one of the numbers of the table. Buy bet is turned off by default during a come out roll. To force the bet on, hold down the shift key and click directly on the bet.

A Come Bet is made when the shooter is going to repeat the point number. Come bet can be made by clicking on the Come area of the table. If the shooter rolls a 7 or a 11 you win. If the shooter has craps you lose. If there is a point number the bet is moved from the come area to the point-box indicating the point-number that the shooter must roll for that bet to win. If the point-number is rolled before a 7, you win. If you win in Come Bet the payout is 1:1. Odds bet on the Come bet. If you make an odds bet on the come bet you bet that the shooter will repeat the point-number before rolling 7. You get paid 2:1 if you win with the point 4 or 10. If the point number is 5 or 9 the payoff is 3:2. If the point number is 6 or 8 the payout is 6:5. Big 6 and Big 8 bets are like regular place bets. In the case of a win with Big 6 or 8 you get paid 1:1. Big 6 and Big 8 bets are turned off by default during a come out roll.
